Road shoe toe caps

My cat has one job. And one job only. But he has failed utterly.

I keep a nice pair of Fizik road shoes under the stairs, the kangaroo leather ones. A mouse has had a smashing meal on the toe of one and taken out a 50p sized chunk. I don’t want to bin them so thought some silicone caps would work (like the POC ones below).

Anyone have a set spare that would work with EU46 size road shoes?

Just an FYI, mice absolutely love chomping through silicone, for some inexplicable reason. Best not keep them anywhere mice can get to

Oh dear!!!

Guess I’ll leave them in the shed as no signs of mice there (droppings etc).

Anyway, the RockBros ones have arrived, slightly regretting the choice of colour (bright orange or sky blue with the other options) but with some judicious use of gaffer tape over the hole (and some reversed so it doesn’t stick to my sock), they may go the job
