Fairlight Secan frameset - 54cm

Hello!

I’ve got a grey and purple 54cm Mk1 Secan frameset with Hope headset and BB that I’m not using anymore.

Great frame, made the perfect winter bike.

Quick photos added but I’ll clean it up and take more at the weekend. GB mudguards included if you want them!

Thanks. What's the paint like around the chain stays and BB? Are those marks in the photos just dirt or chips/scratches? I guess I'll see in the pics once it's clean :)
Out of interest - how tall are you? I'm 180cm and Fairlight suggests a 56r for me - but I always seem to run short stems on my 56cm bikes, so hoping I can get away with a 54 here.
And final question - where are you / is it based? (FWIW I'm SE London and in central London most days for work)

If it helps, I’m 182cm and have a 58r with a 100m stem. With a fair amount of seat post - see pic. I’m quite long legged.
