WTB: 700C Rim Brake QR Front wheel

Hey friends, dinked the shit out of my front rim and need a cheap-ish (£30 max) wheel to replace it. It's for a commuter so doesn't need to be fancy, just needs to be straight and roll alright. Doesn't need to be super wide either, running a 28 atm. In London in either Ealing, mile end or anywhere in between. Thanks!

it's vintage so it's pretty narrow. i've used it with 25mm tyres but i haven't tried 28
