[SOLD] CIOCC Aquila fillet brazed road frame

For sale as it’s a bit short and his successor is on the way.

Cïocc Aquila 57cmx57cm center to center, 16,5cm headtube. BSC standards, 27.0mm seatpost.

High end frame from the late 90’s, Columbus Genius « differential shape butted » with OS downtube.

Fillet brazed except the bottom shell, bottom shell and head fork pantographied, brazed cable stop, Sachs ? dropout, chromed under paint..

Condition is excellent, chrome are great, no dent, few minor paint defects..

Probably the nicest 1 inch steel frame I’ve tried, stable, responsive, accurate handling, comfortable..

Will provide better pictures in the coming days. Frame is located in France, shipping is no issue, will provide professional box with plenty of protection.

I would like 325€ for it, I think it’s fair but let me know if I’m dreaming..

It’s very nice. You could bump the thread with small reductions in price each time.

Might be worth offering the complete bike, though not sure if that will help. Good luck with your sale. Road bikes of this calibre should get snapped up eventually.

Lovely frame and shipping maybe no problem but I got stiffed for custom charges coming into the U.K. recently - for a lovely but old and poor state frame from Italy … might put people off ?

@Skülly thanks, the rest of the build is needed for the coming frame, but I can provide a seatpost as mentioned, and eventually sell the Record headset..

@may if it help to find out a deal, I’m willing to discuss the price to cover a part of possible custom charge..
