so here's a catalogue from 2007
https://www.campagnolo.com/media/files/035_294_Katalog_Laufr%C3%A4der_Campagnolo_2007.pdfan here from 2004 (see from page 52)
https://www.campagnolo.com/media/files/035_298_Katalog_Campagnolo_2004.pdfI can't really tell a difference, the catalogues say that later models have lighter alu freehub bodies and lighter nuts on the axle, but the hub bodies look the same.
I think the later models had the asymmetrical rear rim, but thats just a wild guess. so if your rear rim is syymetrical, means its older model. -

Catalogs is indeed a great idea many thanks
With the help of the decals and hubs I was able to track the year down precisely :-)

great to hear.
Hey
I am about to receive a long wanted wheelset ie a pair of campa hyperon ultra clinchers
Since there is no Ultra “TWO” decal on them, I assume they are Ultra “ONE”s
I might need to change the freehub from campa to shimano, and I noted that sometimes the freehubs are marked as “hyperon ultra [one] after 2008”
Here is where I need help: Can anyone tell me when there was an update with the ultra ones?
Is it possible to tell from the decals which ONEs are the earlier and later model?
I attach two screenshots of decals - my pair is the one with the red tyre on (which will be removed ofc 😤)
Thanks so much
🫵🏻💋
