I didn't know foffa still existed. They (he) had a terrible rep on here at one point but this does at least look like a bike

Thanks, I had no idea-
I’ve not had any problems with this bike. It was a limited edition I think about 100 were made. I bought it to give a gates carbon drive a try- I’d certainly get a belt drive again.
Alas my full sized bikes have to go so I’m going to get a Brompton and stick it in the hallway. -

Hello, are you still selling this bike? I am interested if so.

I bought the bike without knowing much about Foffa but wanting to try a gates drive. The belt drive is fantastically low maintenance and eerily silent when riding.
The NuVinci was also a first for me, a 'CVT' or Continuously Variable Planetary Transmission allows you to shift 'gears' whilst stopped but more interestingly allows the rider to almost infinitely 'tune' the gear ratio rather than having fixed ratios as per a typical derailleur set up where gears are selected and have fixed ratios.
Finally, the frameset is built by Foffa who went out of business but by all accounts built some very good steel frames.
