They are completely serviceable, depending on type. What have you got?

They are the powershift version. The ratchet engagement got weaker and weaker and now doesn't engage at all. Thumb lever is springy, but the ratchet doesn't click through. I see the ergo bodies come up as spare parts so assumed the lower their parts like centaur would be a shifter body replacement. Do you have a service sheet? Otherwise I'll look into youtube or something.

On more research I think the problem is nin-repairable as the powershift version uses a riveted pawl system in the ergo body, rather than g-springs to click into a ratchet. So if anyone has an ergo body with a silver paddle or rh shifter I'd still be interested.

I think you might be right there, however they’re still easy to strip down. Might just need a damn good clean up?

Ye. I'll give it a good clean-up and see if that helps. Tbh when things start going wrong and you can't get in to replace or remedy the fault it's only a matter of time.
My silver centaur rh shifter has given up. So looking to replace, I'd prefer to go up the hierarchy but let me know if you have anything suitable.
