Morvelo race cape.
Ridiculously tiny, lightweight emergency waterproof. Sadly its quite fragile and now has a small tear on each sleeve (resembling thumb loops a bit) see photos.
It's a size large, and would really only last long if that was a lean large in my opinion.
Nice piece of kit just not the most durable if being removed in a hurry.
