Dia Compe Ene Ciclo 2x11 speed downtube friction shifters, almost like new. They have the power ratchet system, but are not indexed, but if you're going downtube shifters, go friction, you'll thank me later. Even though they are 11 speed they work lovely with fewer cogs out back too.

Shimano Ultegra 6600 10 speed, short cage, silver rear derailleur. New jockey wheels fitted earlier this year, seen very little use by me, some light scuffing to the front face. Think it'll shift up to 30t.

Shimano 5600 double front derailleur, 31.8 clamp type (shims to 28.6 can be had fairly cheaply). Good condition, shifted fine when I was using it with the above shifters.
