WTD: XS road disc frameset - something nice

My housemate is looking for a new bike and would like to build one. Looking for a relatively high-end frameset. She's 5'1" - I'm not great on sizes for shorter people but guessing we'd be looking at extra small?

Deffo extra small, a 48cm frame or smaller really. Not many choices out there for that size unfortunately, my other half is also 5'1". She went for a custom Condor in the end.

Thanks, that's really helpful advice. I'm encouraging her to get a bike fit too, but interested in what's out there.
