have never understood the MTB sizing on old bikes, who would be the fit for on the Cannondale?
looks like a large maybe?

I’d say between a large and a medium, yeah. It fits me really well at 5’ 8 and if i kept it I was planning on getting some swept back bars for full cruiser points. Could also imagine it fitting someone a few inches taller

Almost - it’s frameset, wheels, tyres, cassette and brakes. So no derailleurs or shifters. I might have some other parts so feel free to PM with any questions
