FS: Surly Ogre (2021) Medium frame

Bought this February, selling as i need something more lightweight and not getting out to the trails as much as i would have liked. Also have a baby on the way and need to save some ££!

Bike's in excellent condition. It's an off-the-peg build, but have added some Denham bars on it. I have the original Salsa bend in the attic if you want that too. The tires are Rene Herse Fleecer Ridge, real beauties.

Selling as a complete build. £1750.

I haven't. But the was bought 4 months ago new for £1850. I've added two Fleecer Ridge tires, (£80 each), and Denham bars (£75). Debating throwing in the front rack, but will see.

Have to point out that surly makes some pretty good stuff.

for example; why does this warrant £201 more than this? esp given the Giant comes with racks and would be lighter.

every QBP product is overpriced as the deskwankers want to search for that 'cool' edge and wont want to be seen on a Giant/Trek/Merida/Specialized

yep was removed from Gumtree. And now PB as i forgot it was on there.

When I bought my Ogre I actually thought Surly were a smaller brand than the bigger names, crazy how QBP market their brands to appear that way.

As kindly as possible, you might have some luck on ebay at around the £1200 mark - but people on here are generally quite switched on with how much things are materially worth.

Well that would remove the telltale decals and powdercoat so it would seem handmade, unfinished and sick. So yes.

You don’t need fire to remove the decals. A light breeze will do it.
