competitive compensation plan

With respect, you won't get far with " competitive rates" here, I would strongly recommend you put how much you're offering for the role, or at least the range you're willing to offer. So that way qualified, experienced people don't put in labour applying for a job that doesn't offer a salary worth the effort.

Yep, they’re a hire business like Lime. Quite a few up in N16, never tried one.
