Just to add it has some pretty new conti Grand Prix 24mm tyres , and looks like it would also fit some bigger rubber..

This bike is ready to go, needs for nothing for you to live your inner Johan Museeuw.

Quick bump here.
Looks like I may have an incoming so something needs to go.
Full bike at £800 :) -

These are great frames and a nice build. The MX-L frames alone used to sell for £800 used, now you get a whole bike! What is the world coming to? 😫.👴🏻

Thanks fella. Should add these older frames ride lovely also , nice and stable for all day fun.

I had one of these back in the day but in red (so faster than yours therefore 😉), was a blast. Thankfully for my downsizing efforts yours is too big 😅. GLWS!

Indeed and if I had been shorter , many of your lovely bikes would have been too tempting to resist ..

A Domo Farm Frites MX-Leader!? Built with Chorus 10 spd alloy! How is it that this is still available for this price? My, how times change.
That is a really lovely rig chap, and IMO, still one of the nicest riding lugged steel frames. MX-Leaders in that paint scheme were like hens teeth. Whoever decides to take a chance on this won't be disappointed. GLWS

Thanks fella. Only just seen this . Thinking I am keeping this, but up against that too many bowls challenge :) it does ride lovely also . Still for sale at original price :)
Enforcing a strict one out / one in, I am offering my merckx up for grabs to a worthy home …
Bought through the forum a few years ago, tidied up and not really used since as find myself riding clunky old bikes too much and now another shiny thing has turned my head ( that will probably not be ridden either)
This has been living in the loft and got it down today for a few photos
Frame - mxl in Domo Farm Frites livery , in great condition but with a few paint scuffs .
Brand new record headset fitted by condor cycles.
Centre centre seat tube 58cm
Centre centre top tube 57cm
Head tube 15cm
Bb centre to top of seat at 77 to fit my 1.85 and would accommodate quite a bit smaller and a little bit bigger .
Groupset campag mix from c. 1999
Record chainset and rear mech, 42/53 but I have a new 39 inner somewhere I can include
Chorus brakes, front mech and shifters
New chain and Cassette 11-28
Chorus bb
Record Hubs ( I think as have dust caps ) on dp18 rims which have very little wear on braking surface
Campag titanium seatpost that was basically new when fitted
Cinelli stem 11cm and 44 Itm bars and new tape
Selle Italia titanium saddle
I think I got a good deal when I bought it , and just looking to recoup what it owes me .
£825 collected from sw11
Thanks
Jerome
