Has Rourke frame builders ceased trading??!

Hi. Does anyone know if Rourke frame builders have folded? I’ve been trying to contact them for two weeks as I placed an order with them nearly a year ago and although I have heard from them since then I’ve not not heard from them since January.

Have you tried using google? that way you can look at their instagram and see how active they have been, see if you can pay for something on the website and ‘collect in store’ plus you can see the opening hours and what days they are closed and unlikely to answer the phone.
you could also look at bike biz and see if they have indeed ceased trading and/or gone into liquidation.

I’ve just discovered, although I’m not a member, I can access a part of their Facebook page and it appears that they posted on it in April. I’m going to opt for poor customer service as the most likely explanation.
