I rate the lifeline stuff - kind of textured and matt.

Much cheaper than what you're after though -

Thanks - If nobody comes up with anything I'll probably give this a go. I've tried low-end non-brand and cheap Deda/Cinelli types and they've not been great so figured I would have to spend the ££ but maybe I was wrong

I got this as it's on sale and for the money it's really not bad. I would compare it to similar fizik tape. Not the most padded but I'm happy with it.

I've got that same condor tape in black and I really didn't like it. I found it way too thin. I replaced it with cinelli kaleido (something like that) which I like much more and I think it looks quite cool.

Agreed it's thin. Maybe it works well with me and the carbon bars on that build so not feeling it needs to be thicker for myself.
I have kaleido aswell on my other road bike and I like it a lot too. Also a fan of cinelli volee for the tackiness of it.

This is by far the best bar tape I've ever touched. Supacaz is nice, but nowhere near as long lasting.
I did a bike fit on a young Cyclocross rider who's had this tape on for 2 seasons (washing the bike every race etc.) and when I unwrapped it it was like new - solid, not moulded to the bars, so easy to wrap again, no dodgy sticky stuff underneath, just great.
Highly recommended - https://www.tredz.co.uk/.Zipp-Service-Course-Bar-Tape-CX_87007.htm?sku=294687&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=google_shopping&gclid=Cj0KCQjw3v6SBhCsARIsACyrRAmDsPTXZ8EZ70QwNtkNt32qBR6C9R-hFjA3Gt2EAOgXyc-eaXd0vtoaAlCYEALw_wcB -

Yeah....for some reason though I've never pulled the trigger on the Cinelli volee as it felt a bit pricey for what it was? Looked good though with the tennis/glossy look

Got some new arundel gecko I have no need for if you fancy? Black. Was wondering what to do with it the other day…

It's got a really nice feel to it and its pretty hard wearing. I haven't used a tape that I could compare it to but if you can find it for under 20 then its worth it. The zipp tape looks great though. I've considered the untextured version in the past.
Edit: it is around £15 which I reckon is a good price point for it. I would imagine it's a bartape that could divide people though.

Happy to take it off your hands :)

Another recommendation for this tape. Bought it for my gravel bike last year, loved it and now have it on all my bikes, much nicer than anything else I've used.

you've made up my mind!

Did you find any? I've just found some unused black Brooks rubber tape in my spares box with rubber end plugs and fabric finishing tape

Would love that please if it's black :) what do you want for it?

It's black and textured £15 posted? I think i paid £24 on sale as the lizard skins was out of stock then i found some.

Got some of this in the end and it worked a treat for £7.99 as well!
@Retro_Bastard - appreciate the offer!

Lovely stuff - I’ve got it on all my bikes as well. Can’t go wrong, and it feels so nice without gloves during the summer as well.

No problem I'll end up using it on something eventually

I'll take the tape if it's going? Need some new black tape and fancy a change from cork.

👍 Pm me
Anyone got any spare bartape, either new, good or decent condition which they don't need anymore?
Thinking Supacaz, Brooks or similar - Before I weigh in and spend £30-40 on some new tape.
