One major consideration for running / cycling is wind reduction in software. True wireless earphones tend to have a large surface area and wind friction creates some very loud hissing noises that drown the audio. Sony WF-1000 series is excellent in this regard as it actually has a "wind reduction" mode. The latest mark4 model is beyond your budget, but the outgoing mark3 is going at £94 on amazon, even cheaper 2nd hand. They are large buds so best to go with foam tips for extra security.
edit: I would add that these are best in class in terms of true wireless earphones audio quality if you like a balance to warm sound profile in your music

Great suggestions all, thanks a lot! Might see if there are any more over the next couple of days, then have a big bargain hunt this weekend. So far the Sonys sound the most technically promising, but the rose gold isn’t as appealing as the Ear (1)s
Looking for some true wireless earphones for the gym and running. I’d like decent audio quality (not tinny), small size and ideally below £80. What have you got/what do you recommend?
