Looking to borrow some bolt cutters or something similar, my housemate has just taken some stuff out of storage and has realised he's lost the key to a padlock on his suitcase, any advice would be helpful

Noice! Its funny that his channel is mostly about really clever ways to defeat supposedly unpickable locks, but breaking them apart with spanners works just as well.
