Budget Groupset - Shimano 8-10 speed or similar..

I'm after a Groupset for a budget bike to take away with me in the caravan.. It's going on a Dawes Dalesman which has silver seatpost, quill stem, bars.. so would probably want something to match (i.e. silver cranks).. I'm thinking of a 8-10 speed shimano STI setup - Tiagra or similar.. Will need the following bits:

Shifters
Cranks - probably compact or 1x
F&R mechs
Cassette
chain

I have Hollowtech BB, Canti Brakes . Will need posted as I'm Belfast based..

How about 9 speed Sora? Shifters, 50/34 cranks, BB, cassette, chain, front and rear mechs.
