Quill stem, ~100mm with 26mm clamp; 9 speed cassette; saddle; dynamo lights

I'm looking for some bits for my wife's Galaxy which I'm converting back to drops for her, as follows:
- a nice but not ruinously expensive quill stem, ideally a Nitto dynamic (no need for the super-tall version, just the normal one) or similar.
- The old 9 spd cassette from her donor bike is looking pretty manky so if anyone has a decent, not too worn (wide-range / touring) one, I'd be interested in that too.
- A saddle... maybe a B17S or the Cambium equivalent, ideally in black or brown
- Dynamo lights - an B&M IQ Cyo front and mudguard-fit B&M rear, ideally.
I'd need it posting as am in Newcastle.

I have a Cinelli quill stem somewhere if you want me to dig it out, nice milky alloy like nitto.

IIRC good condition with a little scuff on the top.
