Hi; pal after one of these - assume any 10sp 2sp front mech that equals or pre-dates 5700/6700 would do?

I wonder if your Sora is part of the new gen cable pull types (might have to look up Sheldon), basically r3000, 4700, 5800 onwards or if it makes any discernible difference....

I should have said, must work perfectly with 5700 2x10 shifters

The fd is the latest one .the groupset is the 5700 10 speed groupset. Just using a r7000 crank the reason I'm selling the clamp on fd is I moved the groupset onto a carbon bike with a braze on.
