Up for sale at £1,700 is a custom-built DeRosa Nick Carbon superlight racing bike, size: L (58cm), in Arctic White, with (mostly) SRAM Red groupset and American Classic Argent tubeless-compatible wheels. The bike has been professionally built by an expert mechanic.
You can find full details about the frame and geometry here:
Size of the frame is L - I would say suitable for around 5’10” to 6’3”. Some measured dimensions from the actual bike are as follows:
Standover height 79cm
Head tube height 86cm
Virtual top tube 58cm
Head tube 18cm
Saddle tip to bar centre 54cm (11cm stem)
The total bike weight (without pedals) is just under 7kg. This is pretty good for a large bike, particularly at this price!
Most significant other point is that there is a big paint chip just at the back of the head tube (frame has never been used or built up before this). If I can get pics up, will make sure this is shown, but I will get this touched up, so it’ll be much less easily noticeable (potentially not until someone interested has seen bike "in the flesh" before I do it).
This is the full component list:

Bottle & cage - Zefal Pulse L2 superlight x2 (new) - 2x bottles provided if desired (NB not shown in pictures)
Pedals - can supply pair of Look Keo Carbon at additional cost (around £50), includes new cleats
Happy to swap contact points as necessary - bars and stem to get a comfortable position and a good fit, saddle too, from a selection, if not suitable. Even have a silver alloy seatpost if that colour is preferable. Can also swap to a set of 175mm cranks for longer legs if desired.. Many options are equivalent price-wise, but I'll always be upfront about any additional costs.
The bike comes WITHOUT pedals, but I have several sets of Look Keo Blade carbon pedals in very good condition, with new cleats, at very reasonable prices (£50 per pair on top of bike price).
Can swap in wider tyres from an extensive selection of new, fast racing tyres at whatever the price difference is, provide a pair of latex tubes at cost - if you want to set the wheels up as tubeless, I can supply everything needed, but can’t guarantee that any particular tyre will work well enough with these rims to keep the cost/utility/value equation acceptable (this is a discussion to have closer to having a definite buyer for the bike, as it’s too complicated to fully go into here - so assume it’s regular tyres and tubes for now).
The bike is based in North London and I would much rather sell to a buyer in person, so I can check the fit and make sure the component choices are the best that I can offer. I can box the up for courier pick-up, but will do my best to avoid unless buyer convinces me that it's going to be right for them.
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot
