Wanted; bullhorn bars and a nice stem

I recently got my fixed Trek District back from my brother. This was a loving build (built the wheels, customised just about everything) and he has raped it for parts.

I can easily re-upgrade the front calliper (he’s put a 105 0n there) but it had a Raleigh Special Products Ti stem from the eighties and some Ti bull bars (no idea of provenance). Now has a crap MTB stem and some pitted chrome bars off a BSO.

Does anyone have a nice stem and/or a nice set of bull bars spare in the parts bin? I’m not rolling in cash given the circs, but open for nice kit - especially if a little retro vibe (yeah, I know, District etc - but it actually works).

I've got ritchey wcs stem 100 I think with profile design airwing pirsuit bars.
With 2 cane creek carbon break levers ( bit scuffed)
