Wanted: Old Skool steel MTB small/medium size frame

Looking for a steel MTB frame, medium or small size.
Don't mind if there are components, wheels, mudguards and whatnot attached or not - I'm not going to use them.
Would prefer not having to deal with seized seat posts, stems or BB.
