Lovely, I am a big fan of Carpenter, skilled British builder with fancy lugs and no Hetchins tax.
I have one already, otherwise I would be all over this.
If the wheels don't sell with the frame I could be interested.

Beautiful. 100/120 spacing or was it spread to adopt 6sp? Those wheels are 700, originals were 27? Also interested in wheels. GLWS

Goodness, I had one very like for many years, graceful and easy to ride! Bought from EJ Barnes in Westbourne Grove in late 70s, sold by Ninon of Bicycle Workshop in All Saints Road to a chap who was retiring to the south of France early 90s. Both shops gone now of course.
I stacked mine big-time when a large labrador bolted across the road and I hit it amidships. I went over the bars, and the bike went over me. Top tube and downtube bent — took it to Condor Cycles where Monty Young said "Normally, new frame no question, but with a bike of this quality I have to repair it." And so he did. Subsequently I bought a Condor bike, first of several.
