SOLD Gios Compact 53cm frame&forks

A nice condition Gios Compact frameset in a rare red colour. 53cm, so 52 ctc seat tube. 100/126mm OLD.

Some paint chips/scratches, but all in all in good condition. Had to purchase the matching Compact forks separately and depending on the headset stack height a bit may need to be cut off - ones it came with has 15.5cm steerer, these have 16cm. Can also discuss BB, headset and that all important black ITM stem to go with it. Or any other period correct parts you wish to furnish it with (Shimano or Campi)

I'd like £400 for it

Slough based, can meet say Richmond/Wembley/Battersea etc.

That’s a very good price - these are really lovely frames, quite advanced for the time, and they sometimes sell for much more on other sites. I have one from 1986. Good luck with the sale, I hope someone on here buys this!

Cheers Doc. I ride alu version with carbon forks and boy it is a great ride, unlike any other alu frame I tried. Will get a steel one one day for sure...
