Waterproof zip repair/replacement

My trusty Chrome backpack has a broken zip and rather than have to buy a new one I wanted to see if I could get it repaired. It's one of those waterproof zips (similar to those on Rapha rain jackets) so will probably need a specialist repair.

Does anyone know where I can get this done? In London ideally but don't mind sending it off if I have no other choice

Have you tried contacting Chrome to see if its covered by their warranty?

If you can't find anywhere in London you could send it to Lancashire Sports Repair (they also do the repairs for Patagonia and Rapha).

@farewell yeah unfortunately Chrome don't do repairs anymore. From their website:

Our stores which also served as our repair centers are permanently closed. Regrettably, we are no longer able to offer any repair services.

I'll look into sending it off to Lancashire Sports Repair. Thanks!

Defo the Scottish mountain gear folk. I ripped a tab off my tent and they repaired it quickly and cheaply and so well that I couldn’t even tell which tab was the repaired repaired one when it came back.
