• As above - the wheel is closer to one fork blade whichever way round it is placed in the fork.

Is this an easy fix? How clued up does a shop need to be to do it properly?

I am due to be riding London > Malaga in two weeks so not great timing!!

  • What are the forks made of?

  • Sorry - steel.

  • It will cost approx the same to cold set it as to get a second hand pair of forks that haven't been crashed or damaged . Whats your appetite for risk on a transcontinental bike ride?

  • It is incredibly minor to be honest - more worried about breaking a spoke and it hitting the closer side of the fork.

Frame is Columbus Max with matching fork, not sure how easy finding a suitable replacement would be.
