  • This is a very very decent frame for the money.
Reasonably slack, happy with a 120-140mm fork, quite light and pretty tough. The red paint, whilst a but rough now, is also awesome. It's a candy red clear coat over brushed raw aluminium like those saeco caad7s.

Takes a regular threaded BB, the fitted GXP is not included
142x12mm rear hub. Axle is included although not photographed.
31.6mm seatpost. Cable entry at the bottom of the tube for an internal dropper and mounts on the downtube for externally routing it to the seat tube. The cable guides for this don't come with it but are easy to find. I used a fully external dropper however.
Ritchey headset included, carbon top cover

The only downside is it only really takes a 2.3"ish tyre. For single-track, some longer cross country rides and a bit of pissing around in the woods, I was happy with maxxis ardent 2.25s

There's an inner tube wrapped on the chainstay for chainslap. I didn't have this installed for a long while and consequently the chainstay is a mess underneath it, just a bit battered but it's only missing paint. No dents on the frame, just paint chips and scrapes. It hasn't actually been used all that much in the 3 years I've had it

They were about £199 brand new I think, without the headset. I got it on sale for somewhere around 140.

    £40

Collected SW15. No post at this time

  • Some more photos of paint rubbing. There's some stubborn sticker residue on the headtube
    Drop also to £65.
Listing some Forks and parts in another thread shortly that I used with this too

  • Frame fork deal and post to Somerset? Keen.

  • 2nd dibs after sbbohr

  • Still available. Not sure if you're still interested

  • 60 quid?

May swap for an XS retro MTB for a town bike conversion

  • Looks like you're destined to keep this

Sell the gravel bike instead, and build this up as a rigid 69er!

    Or I suppose it'd be a 7.59er

  • What's the size on this? Never mind, just used my eyes. Too big for me as a long term project at a wee 5"9. Glws

  • Lost my road riding mojo for a while and wanted to get into a bit more offroad but living in the city, I just don't have enough opportunity to use a MTB to justify buying a VW transporter

  • hmm i'm looking to build up a 1x winter bike to match to some roady disc wheels + spikes/winter tyres - do you have the fork to go with this?
oh and would need posting (carlisle) i'm sure at 5.11 i could fit this large frame to me.

  • this is not boost?! put it in a skip

  • I only have a 140mm Manitou suspension fork and with work etc at the moment, I'm not going to get a chance to post it I'm afraid

  • ok no worries

  • Boost is a lie. Tyre clearance is decided too near the bottom bracket for axle width to play a part. You're drinking the marketing koolaid

  • Now £55!

  • 🤔🤔🤔 i really shouldnt, but good price 🤙🏽

  • cough......

  • Still got this.

    £40

  • 35 quid!

  • 30 quid for this? It's gotta go

  • just build it up you coward

  • Haha nah. It was always a bit tall for my short legs anyway. I'd want a longer dropper

  • Mmm I that a tapered head?

  • Yep. Not sure I have the headset any more though
