Wanted: Shifters

My friend had the joy of finding her bike without handlebars and snipped cables after leaving it outside for a few hours. She's a NHS nurse who relys on her bike for her 15km commute so any help is appreciated! The bike is a cannondale optimo, but not picky on replacement components (cheaper the better!).

So i'm on the look out for:

1. road handlebars (anything 38-44 will be fine)
   
2. shifters (it previously had tiagra/sora but anything will do)
   
3. stem (100mm or less preferred)
   
4. headset
   
5. bar tape

I have a stem and bars you can have for free. Also got some bar tape that's in good nick, but has just come off some bars so has been used. Re-wraps quite well though in my experience. Based in W4/W8.

I have some pretty old, bit scuffed tiagra 9 speed shifters, still work absolutely fine. I was waiting until i find some 10 speed ones but I'm not really using that bike atm so can probably just sling them off. Not sure if 9 speed is what you're after though.

I work at the brompton hospital in sw3 and commute from tw12, so will be around the sw area next week when at work.
