Dia Compe Tech77 double cable lever a solution? or similar BMX mod - Odyssey did one, I think (can't find that one)? Not sure they're cheap though - edit: not cheap
Or have I completely misunderstood?

Look at what there is on a splitable moulton. https://fudgescyclesonline.com/index.php?p=191333
SJS have this https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/cables/jtek-cable-splitter-for-gear-inner-wire-black/
Maybe that can have two cables coming in to the bottom and one from the top.
Or try venhill cables https://www.venhill.co.uk/ they have helped remake cables in the past.

Or this from jtek http://www.jtekengineering.com/products/double-control-brake-cable-splitter/ -

Sorry, but there could be a UK supplier could get it sent to France and then here but not sure of the cost.

At a guess the cables are too short.

Polo riders were modding levers to pull two cables for a while.
This was posted in a thread about adapted bicycles but the image URL has polo in it so...
There’s also the Paul Duplex lever but it’ll be pricey. Odyssey were making a bmx lever that pulled two cables for a while.
Hold on I’m see if I can find a link...

Ah, it looks like the odyssey lever used a special cable.

You could ask here if someone in NI could sort out forwarding that lever from bike24? Might be worth checking if bikester have that, who are shipping to uk.

Thanks to recommendations above. Sorted the sourcing for cable with company; had them just mail the thing to my mother-in-law to box with my bi-monthly ration of cookies from the motherland.
Will update again after I get and install the thing. Thanks!
Trying to figure out how to replace a split/coupled brake line to front wheels of a standing elliptical trike... Problem is up the line with brake cable head... The anchor that slots into lever snapped.
Buying from company is a 15 + 51 shipping fee... Confident there's a better (and cheaper) way to do this though.
Feel free to stare, speculate, and solutioneer along with me
Ideas considering:
Figure out way to pull two cables all the way up to brake lever and finagle some coupler up there that joins to single anchor end to lever
Crack open mystery cylinder and see if can replace cable to brake lever.
