If nothing special buy some aluminium tube the correct size.

1 1/4 x 16swg or similar

Do you need the one which comes with for example giant bars to reduce from their overdrive to regural 1 1/8

Appreciate it all, but sorted now. It was a bit of an odd one to sort out a 90’s mtb frame, so specifically to reduce a 1 1/4 inch to 1 1/8th. Or as @freezing77 clocked onto, 37mm to 34mm reduction cup. Now sorted anyway.
