WTD: Green bike frame 52cm ish + bits

Sooo I built the bike pictured below for a friend last year and now I’ve been asked to build a similar bike for another so on the hunt once more.

Something like the attached would be ideal:

Colour wise looking at pink/purple/light blue/pastel etc etc (you get the idea)

Around 52cm (give 1cm each way should be fine)

700c and some clearance past 25 would be nice but not a deal breaker

Steal

1” head tube preferred but 1 1/8 considered

Ohhh and I will likely need all the bits to fit on said bike - so looking for a silver 9/10/11 sp wheelset and a new-ish groupset (Silver preferred but black also fine)

Budget?

Around £200 for the frame set would be great but all budgets considered with this one

I’ve now been told she would love this to be dark green - no rush on building so gonna going to limit the search to a green one for now!
