WTD: 50cm mixte bike

Looking for a decent 50cm mixte bike (or possibly frameset?). Just something for my sister to use as a run around. Reynolds 531, Shimano 600 with Wald basket would be ideal but open to ideas. Only instruction is "nothing too bright"!

Ah OK, good on you. It is always nice to see a rugged old bike cleaned up plus some small changes done and it looks miles better.
