Help! Charge Plug Seat Clamp size???

Hi people, I know this shouldn't need asking but can anyone help me with the correct Clamp size for a old charge plug that no one cares about?

I sadly don't have calipers and stupidly went off and bought a cheap 28.6mm clamp that doesn't fit(seat post is 27.2 so made an assumption)!

My best guess is that its 30mm, any help would be grand thanks!
