Not a lot, but a few. I remember the FD being annoying yeah, horrible bikes.

Absolutely agree with this.
I installed an R8000 FD to one recently (2019 model I think) and it was a right bastard to get right. I think the latest shimano FD design makes it harder too.
And those ‘aero brakes’ can get in the sea too, useless things.

Some bikes are just made for di2.
The fouriers(?) brakes are basically mini v which are notoriously shit with shimano levers.
And given giant’s competitive pricing lots of choppers bought them.

Glad to hear others in agreement and its not just me.
Have got to a point in the shop that I'm actually considering turning them away because they are such a headache and almost damage our reputation.
Did a full rebuild of one recently and it was back in the door 2 weeks later for a tune.
Have to 'cheat' the tension on the front derailleur so much i'm actually considering drilling a 1.3mm hole further towards the non drive side to increase the cable pull angle.
Getting a lot of these through the shop at the minute and find the front shift is impossible to get perfect. Has anyone ever found the geometry of certain frames or the angle of the cable just doesn't allow for a perfect shift?
Also the integrated brakes on these bikes only have a 2 years life span. Hate seeing these bikes come in.
