A rear track wheel, ideally clincher and spaced to 130mm, but something else with a sufficiently long axle, or a Halo hub where the axle can be swapped would be ideal.

I've these Shimano SH-R150E with full carbon sole in a 44,
As you can see you can fit SPD-SL or SPD cleats, inner soles are not minging, no cracks in the carbon just some cosmetic scuffs which is to be expected

I've got some 60mm deep clinchers on Miche Primato hubs, 24h/24h from memory. Barely used, I built as an experiment but didn't end up riding them much - £200? May not be nice enough for your bike though....
