Can you explain? I’m new to gxp. Research indicates that 22mm on the nds is quite normal? Is it an sram thing?

I think he means that if you swap the BB for a Hollowtech 2 type then you will probably be able to use your existing cranks and it will be cheaper than a new crankset.

Cheers, was kinda looking for a reason to upgrade anyway, it’s a tiagra with creamo’d chainrings. The bb I’m working with is press fit and I’m wary of fucking with it without proper tools.
