What damage are you trying to restore? There are a few ways depending on the plastic and what’s happened to it.
Heat gun or blow torch is good at reversing surface oxidation on most thermoplastics. You can also use those for flame polishing. Autosol or Peek type polishes are good for light lenses etc. I’ve seen a hydrogen peroxide soak work quite well for removing old yellowing on white plastics like old console cases.

I've used this on plastics and vinyl, it's really good on vinyl. My motorcycle seat was really faded from years of commuting and this restored it back to black.
