Iflash magnetic lights

I bought a bicycle with older Iflash magnetic lights.

What method this device use to hold a energy that makes a led blinking?
Is there some small battery inside?

To make a energy one light uses a 2 magnets on the spokes. Light itself is made to be attached on the axle. If i want to put a light on other part of bicycle - how far from default axle location i can move it ( sure i know that i can test it myself). Axles place isnt the safest and best place imo...

Was about to make a joke that it’s powered by magnets, but it is actually powered by magnets. Works like a dynamo. Might have a little battery or a capacitor inside as well.
