I've finally gotten around to amassing enough parts that I can sell this as a full bike so offering it to locals first then I'll post it in the general classifieds in a couple days.
Started life as a bmx, now its some sort of Minivelo tank monster.
20" wheels, coaster brake on the rear, u-brake up front. There are no brake mounts on the frame other than an anchor point for the coaster torque arm. I could braze some on if you'd like to have the option of using rim brakes.
Spec as follows,
Custom frame with integrated headset and mid bb shell
Affix forks
Skyway front wheel
HiStop coaster brake on unbranded rim rear wheel
Animal TWWR front tyre/Schwalbe Black Jack rear tyre
Primo Powerbite cranks
Fly Bikes sprocket/bashguard
AD990 front brake
Attila Frontin' stem
Mirage Crossbar handlebar
Funn lock on grips
Blank brake lever/Animal linear cable
Wellgo DX style sealed bearing flat pedals
KMC 510 chain
Definitely not a weight weenie bike!
Downtube is drilled and fitted with Di2 grommets should you wish to run a dynamo cable through there as I did.
Inside all tubes coated with Dinitrol rust preventative oil, outside has been linseed oiled but plenty patina (rust) showing through. The tubes are all heavy duty enough that corrosion on the outside of the frame shouldn't really be an issue and it's protected inside.
Riding position is pretty normal, I'm 6'2 and its set up for me in the photos. My legs aren't very long and there's room to drop the saddle by several inches, bars could be pulled back/pushed forward a bit too.
There are mounts on the frame for mudguards, the fork does not have any but I could add these for you, could also do a disc brake tab on the fork if you'd like... just ask.
Asking £250.
