What are those brakes ? Some kind of mini vs ?

What size is the seatpost and does it come with the saddle?

Ok the the only things left are the phil woods. Ideally, I’d like to sell as a set but nobody has followed through on their offer yet.

Can you put a freewheel on them?

You can screw a freewheel onto the fixed thread.. but it will only go about 3/4 on.
