For Sale - DT Swiss 240s Wheelset 1609g SOLD

I should really keep this wheelset but moving and space constraints means they have to go.

28h/28h
15x100mm Front Axle / 12x 142mm Rear
Centerlock
Laced 2x Sapim D-Light spokes
DT Swiss R460 DB Rims - Alu - 18mm internal width
11sp Shimano Freehub body
Brass nipples were speced for the build so that's what should be there.
Weight - 1609g on some terrible kitchen scales.

Built March 2016 by SBC.

They have been very well used but plenty of life left in them.
Not used for the last 6 months.
Lighter than the silly carbon ones I've bought.
There are some superficial scratches here and there.
Hubs spin freely.
Some white marks on the alu rim bed inside.
I replaced the freehub body less than a year ago.
Now includes QR ends caps too.

Collection only from East Dulwich, we're between Peckham Rye and Dulwich Park.

Do you know if there can be switched to 12mm front/qr rear with different end caps?

Yeah, 240 hubs are really versatile. I’ll have a look when home later but might still have some QR end caps. 12mm should be available online

Found the front and rear QR end caps which I’ll throw in for free.
Used but working.

Price drop before moving out of London.
Would consider swapping for a cordless Dyson v7/v8 or some cordless power tools. Less cycling and more DIY is very much on the horizon!

Sorry, missed your second message. I haven’t any 12mm adapters I’m afraid. 15mm or QR for the front.

Used on a CAAD10 disc and a Focus Izalco Max

EDIT: I don’t have a part number for the hubs but based on being 240s classic j-bend you’d need this adapter for 12x100mm
