Wanted: Pub bike / frankenbike / beater

Anyone selling a frankenbike/pub bike (54cm frame / to fit someone 5'8)? Comfort, durability and sturdiness are my main requirements, and rack mounts would be a great extra.

After 5 months out in the rain while I was unexpectedly out of London for all of lockdown, my commuter has rusted to smithereens and lots of bits have been nicked, so I need a new get around town bike that I don't need to worry about too much..
