Isn't it marked on the seals?

If the size isn’t on the seals (6802, for example) using a ruler or calliper is likely your easiest bet at finding what they are. You’ll need to measure outer and inner diameters, and thickness, all in mm. Some brands do use odd sized (46.8mm, for example) bearings, but it’s rare for them to be used in hubs.
I need to replace a set of bearings in my rear wheel (a Roval CLX32 700c), they feel rough and gritty but I'm not too sure of the size needed.....can anyone help?
