Just had the owner of bicyclean.co.uk knock on my door to offer their services, I'm based in E11.
The prices seem really reasonable, has anybody used them?

I've not used that one, but have used washmy.bike which is cheaper.

It was good. I think the nearest they come to e11 is St James gate e2

Does this one do discounts for bulk bike washing? I have a few and there are all the kids bikes that I CBA to sort out

We are rated 5 stars online, and our team of technicians are thoroughly trained, with several years of experience in the industry. We always use a reasonable amount of water/degreaser to ensure remove all muck and dirt.

I'd also like to emphasize that we do NOT use jet/pressure washers- bearings are commonly damaged this way.
