Hi all,

I have now moved on from having a bike with a BB30 bottom bracket so I have some spares that might be handy for you.

These will help you moving from a frame with BB30 standards to using "standard" cranks with a 24mm spindle.

Both of them are for 68mm BB shells so will work on road bikes (not MTB).

1) Brand new FSA BB30 68mm threaded adaptor which will allow you to use a BSA BB - either Shimano or FSA or GXP or compatible BB with standard threads.
LMNH fitted the same adaptor in my Focus and it worked flawlessly, without creaks! You can use the cups of your choice once fitted. You will need Loctite 609 to fit (not supplied)

2) A good used Praxis Works 68mm conversion Bottom Bracket, BB30 to Shimano 24mm.
This is widely recognised as the best solution for use Shimano cranks on a BB30 frame.

The Praxis Works Conversion BB I am selling can only be used if you have BB30 frame or a PF30 frame, but you need to run a Shimano Hollowtech II crank (24mm spindle).
