£400-£500 road bike / commuter

Hi all
I am looking to replace a stolen Specialized Allez with something similar / slightly better. Being light is good but not a deal-breaker (no carbon, no problem). I would prefer London Or Hertfordshire sellers so I can visit. I’m 6’2” so looking for a 56-58 frame or thereabouts. Open to vintage options if in good condition.
