Are you using threadlock on the NDS crank bolt? I had something similar with a pair of the same Rotor cranks and I think the root cause was the bolt loosening, so a liberal application of threadlock sorted it.

I haven't been using threadlock, no. I'm sure I have some knocking about so will give that a go.
Many thanks
I'm running a set of Rotor 3D24's and have recently noticed some play developing. When I re assemble and tighten the bolt on the NDS crank arm the play disappears for a bit, but comes back a few days later. Does that mean the interface between the splines and the crank arm have worn and therefore the chainset is kaput? Or it there something I can do to sort it out?
Cheers
