Someone has posted on here before about King headsets needing a smaller diameter ream than others I'm sure.
They spec a 33.9mm headtube ID in the manual which corelates with the Park reamer* but Cyclus do a 34.0mm reamer (that strangely seems to get sold as being for King headsets).
*I have a King headset in a headtube reamed with a Park tool and it's not the tightest fit I've ever dealt with but neither is it worryingly loose.

Interesting. I'm pretty sure the frame was prepped with Park Tool kit so weird that he's having this issue. Will get to the bottom of it this week hopefully.
Hey guys,
Have got a friend with a 1-1//8th CK headset that when fitted into his frame doesn't even need a press to get it in. Weirdly the no name standard headset that came with the frame fits fine.
Not having the parts in front of me at the moment I can't measure them with a vernier, has anyone come across CK headsets being undersized/bang on the low end of the tolerance at all?
Cheers!
